Payment You agree to pay for your advertising in advance of printing or publishing. No advertisement will be included in the paper version or on the website if payment of an invoice has not been received by the due date.
Content We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of your advertisement should we deem the content to be misleading, malicious, libellous, defamatory, pornographic or unacceptable for reasons we deem necessary. The content, imagery, names, addresses, contact details and hyperlinks in your advert must be checked for validity before publishing, either in copy supplied by you or created copy provided by us on your behalf. Any draft proof we supply must be checked and verified before publishing. New Chinnor Pump Limited cannot be held responsible for any advertisement content or errors in the advertisement once you have supplied or approved proof copy. New Chinnor Pump Limited cannot be held responsible for any products or services, offers or gifts, offered in the content of your advertisement, howsoever worded.
Editing and Remova New Chinnor Pump Limited reserve the right to edit any content of any advertisement supplied by you for any reason we deem necessary. We reserve the right to resize your advertisement to fit the space available within a 10% factor of fitment to the size of advertisement space we offer. We further reserve the right to remove your advertisement for any reason we deem necessary without consultation or refund, however we will likely contact you beforehand to explain our reasons.
Advertisement run renewal & rebilling We will endeavour to invoice you a month before your current advertising run ends to ensure continuity of your advertisement unless you specify that you wish the run to end at the end of the run or before, preferably via email or telephone. If you wish the run to continue or be extended, we require you to pay before or on the due date or advise us of any extension as soon as possible. Failure to pay a renewal invoice by the due date will indicate that you wish the run to end and we will remove your advertisement from all future issues after the run ceases.
